Oops I Forgot

i forgot to mention a few things we did on our trip
first of all
on the way to junction and the family reunion
we missed our turn off
we went on and on
until finally mom got service and we stopped and checked a map on her phone
we found out that we were on our way to denver
yay denver
we wasted about two hours with this expidition
but it was fun
we like getting lost

on the way though
we saw big rock candy mountain
and it was disappointing
it looks nothing like candy
it looks like chocolate and vanilla powder
however it does look cool
just not like it should

if you read one of the comments from my aunt
it said that we went panning for gold
i forgot that too
we did find little
tiny pieces of "gold"
it could have been anything really
but it was an adventure

thats all i remember

i updated my reading list
with books that i read a long time ago and just forgot to put on
and some are more childish than others
but they were my favorites when i was little
so they earn a spot on the list just as much as any other

the baseball game was long
very long
four and a half hours too long
ha ha
i dont much like baseball
but it was fun
grandma narrated the whole game
sang the national anthem with the three girls on the field
and complained whenever they switched from outfield to infield
because she wanted them to play ball
she didnt understand why they were just throwing the ball around to each other
"what are we doing
playing catch"
we ended up loosing by three points
ten to seven
we got to watch the fireworks show however
for some reason the theme for the game was christmas
they gave out presents
and people were wearing christmas hats and colors
